Prices and Conditions
Prices and conditions featured on this website are live at the time of viewing/booking. Prices may change if not booked immediately, as rooms on lower Government rates may sell out. Prices are confirmed when booked. We encourage immediate reservations to allow confirmation at the displayed price.
If we have to change any part of the booking for reasons beyond our control, for example, an Accommodation Supplier overbooks accommodation, we will notify you. If any such changes result in the itinerary costing more than originally booked, this will be covered by AOT Hotels.
Prices listed are per room. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (A$) inclusive of GST and exclude ancillary services unless stated.
Amendment Fees
No amendment fees apply to change a booking, however if the amendment results in a room being cancelled inside the cancellation terms, a cancelation fee will apply. See Cancellation Fees below
Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, use the "Retrieve Existing Bookings" button and retrieve the booking under the reference or passenger name.
Select "Cancel Booking"
The booking system will respond with "Booking Cancelled"
AOTHotels will confirm the cancellation has been successfully processed along with any fees (refer Cancellation Fees below) via a "Booking Cancellation Notification" to the booker and/or traveller as selected when the booking was originally created. The "Booking Cancellation Notification" will be sent within 24 hours, failure to receive will indicate the cancellation was not processed.
Cancellations Fees

Applicable to Short Stay Bookings (1-6 Nights) - WOAG & RELOCATIONS
- Capital City & Suburban Properties over 40 rooms, cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm on the day of arrival.
- Capital City & Suburban Properties of 40 rooms or less, cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm the day prior to arrival.
- Non-Capital City Properties over 40 rooms, cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm on the day prior to arrival.
- Non-Capital City Properties between 40 and 20 rooms, cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm two days prior to arrival.
- Non-Capital City Properties under 20 rooms, cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm three days prior to arrival.
Cancellations, or amendments whilst in house, within these periods or no shows will result in a fee equal to 1 nights room charge.
Applicable to Long Stay Bookings (7+ Nights) - WOAG & RELOCATIONS
WOAG
- Cancel up to 3 days prior - no charge / Cancel up to 2 days prior - fee of 1 night / Cancel within 2 days of arrival - fee of 2 nights
- Cancellations, or amendments whilst in house, within these periods or no shows will result in a fee as per the above.
RELOCATIONS
- Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 2pm the day prior to arrival / Cancel after 2pm - fee of 1 night.

Payment
The cost of room will be billed to AOT Hotels along with any approved ancillary charges or All Charges. Your confirmation outlines all of the services that the accommodation provider has been approved to provide and bill to AOT Hotels. Any other charges not approved must be settled direct with the accommodation provider by the traveller.
Credit card details from Government personnel on check in
As stated above, ancillary charges will be paid for where authorised and per the booking confirmation. If the booking is for “All Charges”, credit card details or a security deposit do not need to be provided as all charges are being bill to AOT Hotels. In any other circumstance, the accommodation provider may choose to take the credit card details or a security deposit to cover any non-authorised ancillary charges
Travelling Without a Voucher
There is no requirement to travel with a voucher. Simply show identification on check in, the accommodation supplier has been pre-advised of your reservation and the ancillary services that have been authorised to charge back to AOT Hotels.

This website has no input into the assessment process.
